This class will emphasize designing, demonstrating, and logging individualized aerobic and anaerobic programs. Activities will include goal setting, physical workouts such as weight training, speed and agility training, plyometric training, and flexibility training. Physical fitness testing will be administered frequently to assess physical progress. Written assessments will also be used in grading.
