The language learned is based on themes of everyday life. Emphasis is on the application and production of oral and written Spanish presented in culturally appropriate settings. This course will allow students to communicate with others, present to an audience, connect with other disciplines, compare their own culture and language with others, understand the products, practices, and perspectives of a different culture, and enjoy the use of the target language outside and inside the school setting.
