PREREQUISITE: CADD 1

Students successfully completing CADD 1 will continue to gain more skills and understanding in this course. Students will deepen their understanding of working drawings as well as learn about product intersections, pattern developments, threaded fasteners, product tolerance, manufacturing techniques, cams, and gears. Students will demonstrate their understanding through quizzes and projects. If time allows, students will be introduced to stress analysis and three-dimensional modeling towards the end of the course.
