The class will work with Habitat for Humanity to build a home between September and May, completing the house during the school year. Students will drive to the construction site (school transportation will not be included) each day. Work clothes are advised. Students will learn how to use hand and power tools, gaining real experience in their use at the job site, and learning to employ safety will be emphasized.
College Credit Transfer Details:
The high school offers college credit courses for students but remember, it is the students’ responsibility to request transcripts to be sent to their college of choice for transfer of credits. There is a form in the guidance office to assist you with this process.
