Careers: Virtual Job Shadow

We have only just begun to scratch the surface of possible careers in Enigneering!

Do the following activity to see what may be some career fields that would be a good fit for you, individually.

1.Take the survey, found HERE; write down your numerical responses in your notebook.

ex. Box 1 = 3

Box 2 = 5

Box 3 = 0

2. Once completed, write down your top 3 Career Clusters for reference with the Virtual Job Shadow program. You will use these for the VJS software.

3. Based on what you find out, do some research on Virtual Job Shadow.

4. Find 3-5 careers that you find interesting (that apply to what you learned from the previous survey.)

** Be sure to look through all the career central filters to see ALL the amazing, available careers!

5. In your notebooks, answer the following for each career:

a. What is the career?

b. What schooling will you need to achieve this career?

c. Where can you go to school to help you on your path to this career?

d. What are the benefits of this career?

e. What are 3 interesting things about this career?

6. Fill out the reflection sheet assigned in Google Classroom (due today)
