Challenge your comfort zone - You may feel most comfortable interacting with only one or two people, try to meet others. This can enrich your experience and offer you more options for support and entertainment.
Find groups on campus - If a club interests you, join it. The club will at least offer you an opportunity to meet people who have something in common with you, your interest in the club.
Get involved - Participate in events on campus and talk to new people when you can
Be patient - It can be a difficult process and feel longer than it should, but it will be worth it
Take care of yourself - If things are getting to be too overwhelming, do what you need to do in order to feel grounded again. It's important to recognize when you need a break.
