Special Meeting

June 13, 2016 Minutes

Present: Margaret Eberhard, Andy Schmidt, Alphia Creapeau, Grace Schwefel, Holly Schmidt, Jeff Hoffman and Pat Pleshek. Also present: Keary Mattson – Principal and Newell Haffner – Assistant Principal.

Meeting Called to Order: Meeting was opened at 7:00pm by President Andy Schmidt.

Pledge of the Allegiance: The Pledge of the Allegiance was recited by all present.

Approve or Amend the Agenda: Motion to approve the agenda was made by Holly Schmidt, second by Marge Eberhard, voice vote was 7-0 in favor, motion carried.

Motion to Move into Closed Session: Motion to move into closed session was made by Alphia Creapeau, second by Pat Pleshek, voice vote was 7-0 in favor, motion carried.

Motion to Return to Open Session: Motion to return to open session was made by Pat Pleshek, second by Holly Schmidt, voice vote was 7-0 in favor, motion carried.

Motion to approve contract for Newell Haffner as presented, after 2 changes were completed was made by Marge Eberhard, second by Alphia Creapeau, voice vote was 7-0 in favor, motion carried.

Motion to approve PTO pay out for Jim Mathews was made by Holly Schmidt, second by Jeff Hoffman, voice vote was 7-0 in favor, motion carried.

Motion to Adjourn: Motion to adjourn at 7:50pm was made by Holly Schmidt, second by Marge Eberhard, voice vote was 7-0 in favor, motion carried.
