Attendance: Superintendent Newell Haffner, Samantha Lagina-School Counselor, Nancy Buettner

The meeting was called to order at 6:31 pm by Superintendent Newell Haffner

Additional Parent survey-no update
Indian Policies and Procedures-Motion was made by Sam, Seconded by Nancy to approve the 2024 Indian Policies and Procedures. Voice Vote: Yes 3-0
Bowler Pow-Wow 2024-no updates
Gresham Pow-Wow 2024-no advisor, so it might not happen. If it doesn’t happen, then we will go to Bowler’s Pow-Wow.
Ribbon Skirts and Ribbon Shirts-Sabrina Miller will do this on Wednesdays-starting October 25, 2023. She wants to open it up to elementary students in November. Almost done with the Ribbon Skirts. Six students are regulars for the class. Talk of another round of ribbon skirts in the spring of 2024.
Moccasins-Violet will let us know when she/her mom is available.
Beading-Grandma Ellie to help do this. She is thinking that January would be a good month to start.
Out of School Time Grant-$10,000 to support activities and pay a stipend to those who help out.
- Tribal Flags-trying to get the 13 tribal flags to display at school.
- Field Trips to Menominee Reservation and Museum and Stockbridge-Munsee Reservation and Museum.
UW-Oshkosh Native Visit Day-November 1, 2023 Update:
