Section 19.85(1)(c) and (f), for the purpose of considering employment and performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the school board exercises responsibility (teacher), and considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems (teacher).
    11. Reconvene into open session to take action, if necessary, on any closed session item (teacher resignation).
