November 2, 2021

Attendance: Heather Wilber-President, Sabrina Miller-Secretary, Alphia Creapeau-SM-Tribal Rep, Superintendent Newell Haffner, Samantha Lagina-School Counselor, Nancy Buettner-Title support,

Approve the Agenda: Motion to approve the agenda was made by Aphia Creapeau, second by Nancy Buettner, voice vote was 5-0 in favor, motion carried.

Approve Meeting Minutes: Approved the 9/15/21 meeting notes.

By Laws: Discussion took place about the 2021-2022 GNAPAC By-Laws. Motion to approve by Alphia Creapeau, seconded by Sabrina Miller, vote was 5-0 in favor of approving.

Discussed the election of officers. It was tabled as Heather Wilber said that she did not have time and wanted to step down as president.

Discussed having events at the Stockbridge-Munsee Family Center. We talked about having ribbon skirts and moccasins activities. We thought having them twice a month-starting in January-would have the ribbon skirts and moccasins ready for the Pow-Wow in May. We discussed having beading during the ninth hour at school as part of the enrichment program.

Announced Graduation as June 3, 2022 @ 7:00 pm. Need to find someone to drum for graduation.

Discussed the survey that we send out to parents at the end of the month.
