There's a much better way to manage these appointments that avoids using loads of paper, and is less work! Just make a copy of the Google Doc here, adjust it as you like, then email it/share it with your class parents.

Before you share it with parents make sure you change the share settings to 'Anyone with the link can edit'.

You should probably ask parent NOT to change other parents edits, you can always use revision history to see if they have cheated!
