Canned Responses

If you find yourself writing very similar emails, very often, then this is the post for you.

Here's how:

1. Go to settings in GMail

2. Open Labs, search for 'canned messages' and add it.

3. Set up the canned email, but instead of sending it, click on the bottom right corner to save it.

4. Next time you want to reuse it, create a new email, click in the same place and insert the canned message.

5. Yes, you can have more than one.
