Microsoft Translator
If you are having a parent meeting and would like to translate your words you can use the Microsoft translator app.

If you are having a face to face meeting the parent will need to download the app.
If you are meeting virtually you can send them a QR code or a join code and then host the conversation.

Google Translate
The google translate app can also be dowloaded onto your phone or other devices.

You can use this app for conversations and also other things such as translating text.

If you are meeting online through google meet. You can turn add subtitles by:
Starting your meeting
Click on the 3 vertical dots
Turn on Captions
OR press the CC tile on the bottome menu
Select language of the meeting
Turn on translated captions
Select the language to translate into
You can only see the captions on your screen, the parent you are meeting with needs to do the same process on their device so they can see the captions too.
