Be mindful of deleting from your drive any resources that could be linked to planners, if in doubt don't do it, move it into your shared drive.
Gmail Searches
Our inbox might full of emails from certain accounts that we can delete. For example you could search for:
UWCSEA staff hub digests
Sodexo
ebrief
You can select all and then select all conversations that match this search.
Google Photos and Back up
An issue that has come up when deleting your photos is that you go through and delete your photos and then they bounce back into your albums again. This means that you have your photos synced on your devices. So before you start deleting check that your photos are not backed up/synced, if they are turn off your back up. Once back up/sync is disabled you can delete your photos.
