GOAL: Set classroom expectations.
DO NOW: Quick Draw
Draw (or describe) one image that you remember clearly from a movie.
(Your favorite movie, the most you've most recently seen, doesn't matter.)

Review website, essential question, standards.
CLASSROOM EXPECTATIONS: Review the "no, duh" expectations that should exist for all rooms.
Quick jot 2-3 expectations that would be specific for this class and specific for these students. (independently)
Un-split until we have 4 expectations that are the most important.
