POLICY ON INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE
It shall be the policy of the School Committee that in the event any School District elected, appointed or employed official is a defendant in any action covered by the Educators Legal Liability Policy, then any deductible amount under said insurance policy shall be paid for by the School District.
