ADMINISTRATION IN THE ABSENCE OF POLICY

When action of an emergency nature must be taken within the school system where the Committee has provided no guides for administrative action, the Superintendent will have the power to act, provided the Superintendent informs the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary within forty-eight (48) hours of taking such action. The Superintendent's decisions, however, will be subject to review by the Committee.
