EXECUTIVE SESSION MINUTES
Executive session meeting minutes shall be voted on in executive session for the purposes of accuracy and acceptance, not public release, within the next three meetings or 30 days, whichever occurs latest of the meeting to which those minutes refer. At regular intervals the School Committee Secretary shall review those minutes to determine if the Open Meeting Law warrants continued non-disclosure. Within 90 days of acceptance all executive session meeting minutes shall be reviewed and voted on by the full committee for the purposes of public release only. Nothing in this policy shall prohibit review of any executive session minutes for public release should a specific request be made.
