Oleksandr and Sean introduced themselves to soldering as well as other topics, such as circuitry and electricity. In the process, they were able to create a working European-style siren. Also, they further developed their soldering skills by putting together a light-up miniature Christmas tree.

Oleksandr and Addison gained a lot of new experience with circuitry and programming by working with an Arduino. Despite constantly helping each other, they individually worked on specific projects of their choice. Specifically, Oleksandr managed to create a traffic light with his Arduino as well as an array of blinking lights controlled by a button.

Oleksandr and Sean decided to explore Unity together. In order to do so, they created a tic-tac-toe game by using the Unity platform and all its impressive tools. However, this journey was not simple and required a lot of research, patience, and effort.
Accomplished with Tanner and Charlie from October 11th, 2024 to October 31st, 2024 (12 work days)
Oleksandr, Tanner, and Charlie accepted the challenge to create a functioning neural network from scratch. Specifically, their neural network takes in a set of points and produces a function that is best-of-fit. Additionally, their neural network allows users to add or remove points and watch the network learn in real time.

Oleksandr and Dylan decided to create an app that converts users' interests into movie, song, and book recommendations. Specifically, users simply take a survey, which helps the app produce countless recommendations. This app was built on a platform called Bubble.io, which allowed Oleksandr and Dylan to code using blocks, import datasets, and store data in databases.
Accomplished with Ryan from January 8th, 2025 to February 5th, 2025 (15 work days)
Oleksandr and Ryan collaborated in order to create a Roblox game. This game is consider an "obby" or "parkour" in which players complete various challenges. In their game, Oleksandr and Ryan required users to jump from block-to-block, avoid killer blocks, climb ladders, stay away from rolling rocks, and escape from NPCs. Overall, a fun experience was constructed in the end.
Accomplished with Sean from February 19th, 2025 to March 27th, 2025 (20 work days)
Oleksandr and Sean decided to create a website with various types of games. Specifically, their website includes speed, memory, and logic sections. Under these sections, there are many tests. After the user performs these tests, they are given a raw score, a percentile score, and a rank in which they can see how they compare with the general population. The real-world applications of this website are numerous (e.g. cognitive and neurological assessment).

Oleksandr, Sean, and Ryan all worked together to create a typing game called P-Type 2. By the end of this learning module, they succeed in creating a game with numerous levels and a full backend for user authorization. This means that users of P-Type 2 can create accounts and save their progress. Overall, this was a big learning experience for all of the team members.
