For the first Learning Module, I worked with both Lenny and Miguel in learning how to use an Arduino. Rio already had a little experience in working with Arduinos so he helped both Lenny and Miguel get started. Lenny and Miguel worked on getting their sequential lights to work. We then worked in trying to get clap on/off lights to work and in the video below, Rio was able to manage it. Arduino Final Write Up
In the second Learning Module, Rio partnered with Craig to learn the basics of soldering. Following the manual and the provided beginners kit, Rio and Craig successfully learned the basics of soldering. Finishing the soldering kit and connecting it to a 9 volt battery, board we created was able to make a noise which its pitch and volume could change. Soldering Final Write Up
For the third Learning Module, Rio partnered with Chris in learning HTML to build a website. Through Khan Academy, both Rio and Chris learned how to write text, add pictures, change color of texts and backgrounds, as well as adding hyperlinks to the website. For the fourth Learning Module, Rio and Liam worked towards creating a keyboard from scrap. They assembled the whole thing from the pcb board to getting the keycaps onto the switches. They also were able to download firmware and get the keys and the volume knob to function. Keyboard Final Write Up

For the fifth Learning Module Rio and Robert created a website with playable games on it in which they coded. They created the website using HTML and CSS and the games they made were created with JavaScript. Link to the website. Website with Games Write Up

Learning Module #6: Voice Activated LEDs (Rio R and Jerry N)

Learning Module #7: Eye Tracker Communication App (Rio R, Lenny T, Andres C)
For the seventh Learning Module, Rio, Lenny and Andres worked towards creating an app that will help people who can speak communicate. They would utilize the Tobii Eye Tracker 5 (shown below) like a cursor, and when clicking on different pictures it would play an audio related to that picture.
