Learning Module 1: Arduino Basics with Liz F

Liz and I learned the basics of Arduinos.

Learning Module 2: Introduction to Unity with Liz F and Kevin N

Liz, Kevin and I worked with Unity for the first time. We worked through the tutorials and played with some of Unity's features using a game called Roll-A-Ball.

Learning Module 3: Soldering with Jason T and Liz F

Jason, Liz and I used a beginners soldering kit to learn the fundamentals of soldering.

Learning Module 4: Developing an Alexa Skill with Audie B

Audie and I learned how to make an Alexa skill. We used Amazon Web Services and VoiceApps to make our skill. We ended up creating a "choose your path" game where you get a certain amount of points based on which decision you choose. It was a simple skill but still useful in learning the basics of Alexa.

Learning Module 5: LED Cube with Xander R

Xander and I attempted to build an 8x8x8 LED cube. Although we weren't successful, we learned a lot about the equipment needed to make an LED cube and the physical components of a cube.

Learning Module 6: Virtual Reality Game in Unity with Jason T

Jason and I made a VR game in Unity. We used an existing game, Roll-A-Ball, and programmed it to have more levels and to connect to the Oculus Go so the game could be played in a VR experience.
