There are any number of Hereteks and illegal mechanics willing to upgrade your vehicles for a price - use the same process as for Illicit Upgrades in the Imperium, or conduct the work yourself.

Some are even rumoured to have engaged the services of Warpsmiths and powerful Daemons in order to "improve" their vehicles; such acts have not yet been carried out on a large scale in the Gilead System, but it is likely only a matter of time...
