Reyna was originally a fertile agri-world, providing food for many of the neighbouring star systems. All of this changed when it fell victim to an Ork Waaagh!, led by the Warboss Gumma (so-called because he would frequently smash out his own teef in order to pay for new war machines). The inhabitants who were able to survive the initial onslaught fled to the highlands, where they used guerilla tactics and primitive weapons adapted from their former farming implements to slowly fight back.
An Astra Militarum force began to be assembled, aiming to retake the planet, but it was already too late for the beleaguered planet; the mass of Orks present acted like a psychic flame, drawing the remnants of an isolated Tyranid hive fleet to the system. Desperate for biomass, the Tyranids fell upon the world, fighting Orks and humans alike. Fragmented vox transmissions detailed how the Tyranid spores had mingled with those of the Orks, apparently creating monstrous hybrids, and how the planet's own biosphere had mutated into hideous new forms. These transmissions soon fell silent, and soon after the planet was placed under Inquisitorial quarantine, lest the xenos abominations spread to other systems.

Shipyard Restriction: Up to Size: Medium
Classification: Mining World
Population: ~ 1 billion
Planetary Governance: N/A
Capital: N/A
Geography/Environment: Desolate wastes blasted by unsurvivable heat
Settlement Types: Subsurface cities and mining operations
Ulinar is a world few would freely choose to visit. Situated in the Vekoro System, its orbit is too close to the star for anything to survive on the surface. Instead, the planet's inhabitants live beneath the surface in thousands of tunnels and natural caverns, toiling in the sweltering heat, and with the ever-present threat of cave-ins and tunnel collapse, to extract the metal ores which are exported to feed the forge worlds of Vermis VI and Artifex.
The planet is rife with internal conflict, as various mining guilds and gangs compete with each other to gain control of the ore production. This situation has existed for centuries and shows no signs of stopping, though as long as the ore keeps flowing, the Adeptus Administratum are content to allow it to continue.
Keywords: CEMETARY WORLD | ADEPTUS MINISTORUM
Max Rarity Restriction: Very Rare
Special Rules: All items that do not have the ADEPTUS MINISTORUM keyword have their Rarity modifier increased by 2
Classification: Cemetary World
Population: ~ 2 million
Planetary Governance: Cardinal Equerex
Capital: Magna Praetorium
Geography/Environment: Decaying ecosystem and fields of burial plots
Settlement Types: Dome-cities and Ecclesiastical outposts
Haven’s End was named as such for the planet's continent-sized crater that was left by some unexplainable, apocalyptic event many millennia ago. Roughly the same size as Terra, nearly every tenable square meter of Haven’s End is either devoted to the departed or its few ecclesiastical settlements.
The largest of these settlements is the dome-city of Magna Praetorium and serves as the administrative capital of Haven’s End, staffed only by the Ecclesiarchy priests, serfs, indentured servants and other necessary personnel responsible for the preservation of the necroplex below. With its innumerable baroque temples, astonishing stained-glass art, and magnificent feats in carved stone architecture, Manga Praetorium and its satellite settlements are an extravagant statement of the Ecclesiarchy's wealth and power. Only the most ‘devout and reputable’ of the Emperor’s servants, or those wealthy enough to come into the good graces of the Ecclesiarchy, are allowed to be interred within the network of catacombs beneath the cities.
For the humble masses, there are endless fields of utilitarian burial plots. Each field is tended to regardless of the season, with small, equally utilitarian outposts that house and supply its personnel. The outposts are spread out sporadically enough however that said personnel often instead make camps on the road or among the burial fields themselves with little oversight. Administrative expeditions have recently begun commissioning efforts to explore the planet's crater, once considered a forbidden zone, and survey its outcroppings to determine what ground would be feasible for burial plots or other undertakings.

Max Rarity Restriction: Rare
Special Rules: Due to a century of war, all item Rarity modifiers are increased by 3
With the exception of Common and Uncommon items, only equipment with the ASTRA MILITARUM or CHAOS keywords can be found on Lehyra's Bastion
Classification: War World (Former Fortress World)
Population: Unknown
Planetary Governance: N/A
Capital: N/A
Geography/Environment: Battle-scarred fields and mountains, polluted atmosphere
Settlement Types: Ruined fortress cities and trenchworks
The Fortress World of Lehyra's Bastion, named after the founder of the initial fortress, had been designated as such due to its strategic location in the Kyres System, effectively holding a natural chokepoint through the system's asteroid belt. Since the planet was the key to allowing travel to and from the inner planets, it was declared to be of critical importance and construction of fortresses began immediately upon settlement.
During the construction of the 8th fortress city, an ancient shrine of unknown origin was discovered, buried deep beneath the planet's surface. It was promptly destroyed and construction efforts were resumed.
Lehyra's Bastion would go on to produce Astra Militarum and PDF regiments specialising in close-quarters engagements and hand-to-hand combat, with their preferred weapons being lascarbines, shotguns, and flamers. These regiments, known throughout the sector as the Lehyran Grenadiers, made for capable shock troops and assault forces, with the tendency to charge straight at enemy positions with little to no sense for their own preservation.
888 years after the planet's founding, Lehyra's Bastion was suddenly engulfed in civil war; unbeknownst to Imperial authorities, several of the cities had fallen under the influence of the ruinous powers. These traitors, now calling themselves the Lehyran Goredrinkers, fought their former brothers in an attempt to claim the planet for their dark patron.
It has been almost a century since the uprising began, but the conflict has not abated - from within the ruined husks of the fortress cities the cries of "Blood for the Blood God!" can still be heard, as thousands continue to die each day, in an endless cycle of carnage

Classification: Feral World (Ice World)
Population: ~ 1.5 million

Geography/Environment: Cold taiga and arctic tundra covering most of the planet's surface
Settlement Types: Scattered tribal villages and small towns
Several centuries after the end of the Great Crusade, an attempt was made to settle the frozen world of Hasara in order to exploit its mineral resources. After several decades, however, the ore veins had run out, and the planet was deemed to be of little further use; the mining corporations left the planet, abandoning much of their former workforce, including many Ogryns. With no one to maintain their technology, the planet's society gradually devolved into a primitive state, with warring tribes competing for food and other resources.
The planet now serves as a useful source of manpower for the Astra Militarum, especially the Militarum Auxilla, as the harsh conditions instill a fierce determination in its population.

Luminar's atmosphere is rich in ionized gases, causing the sky to glow in vibrant colors. Luminar is home to a race of technologically advanced aliens known as the Luminarii, who have developed advanced energy-based weaponry and vehicles.
Luminar is facing a crisis of invasion by a Chaos warband, led by a powerful Chaos Lord, who seeks to corrupt the planet and turn it into a stronghold for the forces of Chaos. The invasion caught the Luminarii off guard, and they have been forced to fight a desperate battle against the invaders.
The forces of Chaos have already made significant gains, capturing several major cities and fortresses and corrupting or slaughtering anyone who stands in their way. The Luminarii military has been stretched thin, with many of their forces still tied up dealing with the aftermath of the corruption scandal that has rocked the planet.
Faced with no other choice, the Luminarii leader, Archon Valtorius has even called upon the Imperium for aid. Despite their xenophobic nature, the Imperium fears that if the warband is not stopped, Luminar could be transformed into a staging ground that could unleash a new wave of Chaos across the sector; this is something the sector can ill afford, as they are already being pressed on multiple fronts.
The Luminarii are fighting with all their strength, but the forces of Chaos seem to be growing stronger every day. If they are not stopped soon, the Chaos warband could overwhelm the planet, unleashing a tide of destruction and bloodshed that could have far-reaching consequences for the entire sector.
