If you sign this deed alongside a Priest of the Pantheon, Esper of the Pantheon, or Esper Warden, you may make it Pantheon Bound.

Runic Scratchpad: 3 Focus: You may write a 1 page paper on an theory or idea for a recipe, and submit it to the Library. There is a chance to learn a new recipe based on the quality and thought behind the paper, see Staff on Turn in.
Information Market: You may spend a number of Marks with staff. There is a chance you will receive information on a Recipe, Scroll, Book, Favor, or Contract based on the Money Spent. It is possible you may not receive something related to what you asked for.
Notarize: You may Notarize an Object, it carries significant weight when used properly, as if a Favor were spent in addition to it. It adds a layer of Legitimacy to an item. Too much use of this in forgery can diminish its use by your character.
Forge Favor: 1 Time Unit: You may forge a Favor with an NPC or Organization. This may have negative repercussions if the user is caught..
Parchment Professional: All 1-Use Documents gain an immediate Additional Use when you use them.
