Sew: 1 Time Unit: You may contribute 3 Improvement Points to the Farm.
Skill: When you use Reap, you may gain 1 Additional Plant or Animal.
Trim Around the Edges: When you use Pickings and gain Animal from the Farm, you may also gain 1 Fur. When you gain Plant from the Farm, you may gain 1 Herb.
Fertilize: Whenever you NPC, you may add 1 Improvement Point to the Farm, but not gain any additional Plant or Animal.
Food for the People: 15 Plant or Animal: You may bid your Reputation with a Faction as one rank higher for the Day.
Cash Crop: Anytime you NPC you may gain 3 Plant or 3 Animal
Organic Farming: 3 Focus: You may All or Nothing when harvesting from the Farm. You may gain a Rare Ingrediant if you succeed, if you fail you will be unable to use the Farm any further that month.
Specialty Farm: You may designate a single plot as an Orchard, Beehive, or Bark Grove. It can exhausted to gain Fruit, Honey, or Mulling Spices respectively.
Ox-Like: You may bid Strength+1 for the purpose of Carrying, Pushing, or Pulling Objects. This stacks with Burly.
Farmer Wisdom: You may have access to Scholarships: "Master Farming Lore", "Master Animal Lore" and "Master Agriculture Lore".
Prime Patch: 1 NPC Shift: You can Exhaust your use of the Farm for the Month, and gain one Rare Plant or Animal.
Side Plots: Anytime you NPC You may Gain 2 Plant, or Animal.
