[5.18] Planning, implementation, monitoring, and/or evaluation of all programs related to Transportation through the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) (TR.9)

• Planning: Transportation needs are assessed through online surveys and data analytics to determine shuttle routes, carpool demand, and EV infrastructure feasibility. GIS and mapping software are used for route optimization.

• Implementation: ICT applications such as PSA Shuttle App, GPS vehicle tracking, and digital display boards are deployed to provide real-time shuttle information, promote carpooling, and support e-hailing services within the campus.

• Monitoring: Transportation data are continuously collected via real-time dashboards and analysed to monitor shuttle utilization, route efficiency, and emission reduction from carpooling and electric vehicle usage.

• Evaluation: Annual assessments are conducted using online feedback surveys and performance dashboards to evaluate user satisfaction, optimize schedules, and improve ICT-based transportation services for greater sustainability and accessibility.
