An initial discussion regarding the SmartGreen organisational chart was held with the TPSA and the head of the SmartGreen PSA, resulting in several key action points. The tasks of Secretary 1 and Secretary 2 will be delineated within the chart, and financial aspects, including fee-based and non-fee-based budgets, will be distinctly separated. Recognition levels at national, international, and global stages will also be clearly defined. Strategic participation in certifications/awards was planned, with MPCC@POLYCCsustAward, UI Green, GPM, and EKSA targeted for 2025 and the LCC2030 Challenge and Green Award for 2026, requiring focused effort. Finally, the extensive committee involvement within SmartGreen will necessitate final approval from the director.
