ACTION PLAN

PT1: IMPLEMENTATION OF TRAINING OF TRAINERS (ToT)

The officer has undergone training related to green procurement, conducted more than one (1) training session for other officers, and received recognition as a Sustainable Procurement Reference Expert (SPRE) in green procurement.

PT2: TRAINING ORGANIZATION

Briefings and workshops are conducted by Sustainable Procurement Reference Experts (SPRE), and training related to green procurement is carried out at least FOUR (4) times a year. At least one Green Procurement Officer can be produced or can effectively carry out green procurement.

PT3: BRIEFING FOR SUPPLIERS AND SUPPLY CHAIN

The institution conducts briefings covering the green procurement policy and tax incentives to all existing suppliers and the supply chain. At least FOUR (4) green suppliers have been identified.

PT4: ANNUAL GREEN PROCUREMENT PLANNING

Green procurement officers successfully developed a green procurement plan at the institution and exceeded the target of 10% green procurement by 2025.

PT5: PREPARATION OF PERFORMANCE REPORT

The institution provides a comprehensive annual performance report that covers all three required aspects:

a. CO² reduction due to green acquisition

b. Supplier performance
c. Supply and service performance (quality)
