PT1: ESTABLISHMENT OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
The SmartGreen PolyCC Executive Committee of the Polytechnic and Community College implements programmes based on 7 thrust areas.
SmartGreen coordinator recognised by the relevant international accrediting body.

PT2: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GREEN CURRICULUM
The institution offers more than FIVE (5) courses related to the green curriculum.
Establishing FIVE (5) or more.

PT3: SUSTAINABLE RESEARCH AND PUBLISHING
Strategic collaboration with experts and industry partners (MOU, NOU, COC, LOI, CSR, meetings).
Produce FIVE (5) or more green research papers for publication at the international level.

PT4: SUSTAINABLE REPORTING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT
The SmartGreen PolyCC website at the Polytechnic and Community College level encompasses the following FIVE (5) matters:
1. Update the program with new articles regularly.
2. Program image.
3. Announcements: Latest information about programmes, offers, or important changes.
4. Visitor Analytics: Statistics on the number of visitors, traffic sources, and the most visited pages.
5. User Feedback: Responses from visitors about their experiences and suggestions for improvement.

PT5: AWARENESS PROGRAMME AND IMPLEMENTATION OF GREEN CULTURE
Implementing more than FIVE (5) training programmes for all staff of the Polytechnic and Community College.
Implementing more than FIVE (5) campaigns or promotions related to sustainability.

PT6: RECOGNITION
The institution received FIVE (5) recognitions for achievements related to sustainability.
FIVE (5) individuals received recognition related to sustainability.
