The UI GreenMetric World University Rankings is a global ranking system that assesses university sustainability. It was established in 2010 by Universitas Indonesia (UI).
How does it work?
The rankings are based on an online survey of universities' sustainability policies and practices.
The rankings are based on 39 indicators across six categories.

What's the goal?
The goal of the UI GreenMetric is to encourage universities to become more sustainable and promote green campuses. The rankings aim to:

Encourage universities to introduce changes to their behaviour and practices.
Build a collective commitment to sustainable campuses.
