5.16 Pedestrian  path on campus

The Pedestrian Walkway at Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah (PSA) is used for the following purposes:

1. To provide a safe and convenient pathway for students, staff, and visitors to move between buildings and facilities within the campus.
   
   

2. To encourage walking as a healthy and environmentally friendly mode of transportation within the institution.
   
   

3. To reduce vehicle congestion and promote a pedestrian-friendly campus environment.
   
   

4. To ensure accessibility for all users, including persons with disabilities, by providing smooth and secure walking routes.
   
   

5. To connect key areas such as lecture halls, hostels, cafeterias, administrative offices, and parking areas efficiently.
   
   

Walkways are constructed with materials that blend well with the natural environment, reflecting PSA’s dedication to sustainability. Provides shade and rain protection for pedestrians. Shaded areas, benches, and green surroundings enhance the comfort of pedestrians, encouraging walking as a primary mode of intra-campus transport.Encourages healthy lifestyle and walkability on campus.
