This practical practice, resulting from the launch of the Zero Waste Office (PESIS), directly shapes a group of students who are first-class thinkers, responsible, and possess a high ecological awareness to be carried into the outside world after graduation.

SHAH ALAM, July 22, 2026 – Youth are the most valuable asset in shaping the nation's future. In line with this vision, the Cooperative Institute of Malaysia (IKMa) Central Zone, in collaboration with Koperasi Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Berhad (KOPSA), organized the "Youth and Cooperatives: Creating Wealth, Building the Future" program.
The initiative aimed to expose youth to the potential of the cooperative movement as a platform for building careers, generating income, and developing competitive entrepreneurs.
The event was officiated by The Honorable Tuan Haji Azli bin Yusof, Member of Parliament for Shah Alam and Member of the Board of Directors of IKMa, held at Dewan Al-Jazari, Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah (PSA).

A total of 87 finalists from various Higher Education Institutions (IPT) participated in the Final Round of the BIM Challenge 2026, themed "BIM Without Boundaries: Integrating Disciplines, Shaping the Future." The competition was organized by Politeknik Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin (PSMZA) in collaboration with the Department of Polytechnic and Community College Education (JPPKK).
The delegation from Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah (PSA) was led by the Head of the Civil Engineering Department, Madam Nazrizam binti Ab Wahab, alongside two BIM lecturers, Mr. Razli and Mr. Alimi, as well as three PSA finalists: Saifuddin, Fizul, and a student from the DPB program.
The event took place on July 21, 2026, and featured a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity—releasing baby turtles at the Turtle Conservation and Information Centre in Rantau Abang. This initiative provided a meaningful experience for participants, reinforcing the vital importance of environmental preservation and biodiversity sustainability.
