IT Project Management

IT project managers are responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects. They work with clients to understand their needs and then develop a project plan that meets those needs. They also manage the project team, ensuring that everyone is on track and that the project stays on budget and on schedule.

To be successful in IT project management, you need to have strong organizational and communication skills. You also need to be able to think strategically and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
