Commercial Pilot 

In simplified language, a pilot is the individual who operates an aircraft. He assumes command of the aircraft from its departure to its arrival, and is accountable for navigating the aircraft from the cockpit while maintaining communication with the control tower. Furthermore, he must interpret weather conditions to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo. A pilot must possess exceptional operational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to comprehend and decipher information.

A commercial pilot is responsible for gathering pertinent information regarding the flight, including the route, weather conditions, passenger details, and aircraft specifications. This information is then utilized to develop a comprehensive flight plan, which outlines the altitude, route, and fuel requirements for the journey. The pilot is also responsible for overseeing the loading and fueling of the aircraft, as well as ensuring that all safety systems are functioning properly. Prior to take-off, the pilot communicates with air traffic control to ensure a safe and efficient flight, and continues to maintain contact throughout the journey. Additionally, the pilot conducts pre-flight checks on the navigation and operating systems, and ensures that all noise regulations are adhered to during take-off and landing. Throughout the flight, the pilot must interpret data from various instruments and controls, and monitor the aircraft's technical performance, position, weather conditions, and air traffic. Communication with passengers is also a key responsibility, which is accomplished through the use of the public address system. In the event of environmental changes or emergencies, the pilot must react quickly and appropriately. Finally, the pilot is responsible for updating the aircraft logbook and submitting a report at the conclusion of the flight, detailing any incidents or issues encountered during the journey.

The student has the option to pursue 12th grade Mathematics and subsequently obtain a Certificate as a Licensed Pilot. Alternatively, the student may choose to pursue 12th grade Science and complete a Bachelor of Science in Aviation, after which they may proceed to obtain a Certificate as a Licensed Pilot.
