These tasty Lemon Garlic Green Beans are easy to make and delicious. Enjoy them as a side to compliment just about any meal or make a batch for a crunchy snack.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
dash garlic powder
3 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Wash your produce and trim the green beans by cutting or snapping off stems.
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the green beans, sprinkle with garlic, and toss to coat.
Add water to the pan, cover with a lid, and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the beans are tender but still have a slight crunch.
Transfer green beans to a bowl, plate or platter leaving any excess water behind. Season with lemon zest and lemon juice. Serve with love!
Leftovers can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
