4 cups watermelon
3/4 cup yogurt (1 - 6oz container)
1 teaspoon fresh mint
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
Rinse the produce.
Remove the watermelon from the rind and coarsely chop. Freeze the watermelon for a smoother, thicker texture.
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately with love.
Best enjoyed within the first 24 hours.
