No-Bake Protein Chocolate Treat
Chocolate craving? Enjoy this high protein not-too-sweet treat on its own, layered as part of a fruit and granola parfait, or as a dip for fruit. Say yes to dessert!

1 ½ cups low fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend for a few minutes or until all the curds of the cottage cheese are broken down and the texture is smooth. Serve with love!
Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
