2 apples
2 peaches
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
water
Wash the produce. Peel apples and peaches, then roughly chop into 1/4 inch cubes.
Bring a pot to med-high heat on stovetop and and 1/4 cup water.
Add apples and peaches to the pot.
Cook for about 15 minutes until fruit begins to soften.
Add cinnamon and cook a minute or two longer.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Using immersion blender or normal blender, blend until smooth. Alternatively, use a potato masher or back of a fork for a chunkier sauce.
Place in the fridge until cool. Enjoy!
Try serving with granola trail mix or granola cereal for some crunch.
