Once I went to Mexico it was one of the best times for me because it was time to meet my family. The first time I went in a bus it was a long ride. If I was to go again I would take a plane or in our own car. I mean I got to see many things on my way over there but most of the time was just fields. The bus seats were not even comfortable. They were so straight and hard you couldn't sleep or anything. Another bad thing was that I was next to the restroom and wow it really did stink since you can flush it's the ones you just put blue water in some type of soap mix. It was almost 24 hours on the bus till we got there.
Since it was my first time there we didn't know who were uncles or cousins until someone asked if I was Jose and that's when I knew he was my uncle. Me, my sister and brother gave them a hug and we talked for a while there then left to see the rest of the family. We didn't think we had a huge family in Mexico until we got to the house and well I didn't count but there was a good amount of uncles, cousins and other people. After we got there the next day we all went to many places like special places in Mexico/around where we live. But my favorite spot was when I went to the waterfall close to our house. There are stories that people have died there just because they didn't listen and went in or got too close to the bottom of the waterfall.
Since they live on top of like a mountain/ hill the water is cold and it rains almost everyday. I don't know if it is because we are a little higher up or something but the food tastes better and you're hungry like a lot that you would want 3 or maybe more plates. We stayed there for almost a month or maybe more not sure. But when it was time to leave everyone got together again to say their goodbyes. They didn't want us to leave and my grandpa and grandma started to cry and we still haven't left till tomorrow.
The time we came back it was on the bus again but for some reason it feels faster on the way back. It's so different here to Mexico, it's more commutative over there. Mostly everyone knows each other and they say hello or something. They even knew me and it was my first day there.
