My ATL skills focused on Thinking, Communication and Research. The early past of the project focused on the Research I learnt that my enthusiasm at the initial phase of the project was very high and it tapered down somewhere in the middle. My learning from this was to keep my interest level up I must be responsible and committed to my project. It taught me that when I am responsible and committed my output is far superior. This was a big learning for me as I realized when I take up something new my enthusiasm level is very high but somewhere in the middle I tend to lose focus. For all my future projects/work I need to be attentive of my weakness and work on it on a daily basis.

My project was developing videos in Spanish for beginners. And I developed my communication skills through interactive modes to hold the attention of the viewers. It is important that I learnt the method of effective communication whom I know nothing about except about his/her interest in Spanish. One of my biggest take away from this project has been effective communication with users over the social media and YouTube. I have been watching YouTube since I was a kid but now for the first time I was the person who was making the videos and putting them up on YouTube. It made me realize while people browse through YouTube but to hold onto their attention I needed to have a hook in the very first few seconds for a user to be engaged with the video.
