I have learnt to improve my body strength by means of many new exercises.
I have increased my body mass in order to build body strength over the training of 12 weeks in order to improve my sporting abilities, (particularly in swimming.)
When realising what I wanted to do as a personal project I thought of something I loved which was sports mainly swimming and what I lack in it which is strength and stamina. The best way I could have thought of building these two things together is exercise and these past few months I have been doing exercise regularly. I have built my body the best I have in the past few months as it was so I don't overexert my body in any way which can further help keep my physical health intact as it would have been very unhealthy to overexert my body much past its limits. Although such a goal is about surpassing limits and building new ones, doing it very often can hurt in the form of cramps or other weakness like feeling in the body.
The two profiles that can match my personal project are balanced and reflective. As an IB learner, I have made my life more balanced in physical and educational understanding.
