I've learnt a lot of stuff that I wouldn't have studied in any other topic over this lengthy and exciting trip. Even though I am regretful that this journey is coming to an end, I am grateful for everything it has taught me. First and foremost, it has taught me to be open to a variety of ideas while focusing on something that truly interests me and about which I am genuinely enthusiastic.
Since the goal of all IB programmes is to build internationally minded individuals, I've been particularly reflective in that I've given careful attention to my own learning and experience, as well as my own strengths and limits. I've also been highly open-minded and appreciative of my own culture and personal history, as well as other people's and communities' opinions, values, and traditions.
This project has improved my communication, problem-solving, time management, and research skills. I've been working on these qualities since sixth grade, but this project has made a huge difference. In order to produce my product, I took a few courses and learnt how to design a website for any purpose, which is a skill that I will need throughout my life. I've also learned a few things about other sorts of diets and their environmental, societal, and personal benefits and drawbacks. I've learned from other people's perspectives and evolved as a result of it. In terms of the ATL, I've learnt and improved my research skills, time management skills, communication skills, and social and thinking abilities. During the development of my product, I learnt about a variety of diets and I have also learned how to build a website after taking a bunch of courses online.
