Through this project I have learnt how fitness and controlling your diet has a very important affect on your daily lifestyle like work, physical and mental health
Through fitness training and healthy lifestyle I have developed a healthy body and have built my self esteem which has helped me to socialise more with fitter people as I myself have developed a fit body. I have also built a self-discipline by planning a routine and sticking to it.
During the journey of personal project, I have learned a lot not only about fitness but also from our IB learner profile and ATL skills. I used many skills like risk-taking, open-minded and many more during the process of my project, during the process I had to take all the feedback I got and information I got from all the experienced riders that I talked to, I also had to take lots of risk and commitment to do the ride in under just 3 months of training by myself. I have also enhanced many ATL skills like self management as I followed a plan like a diet plan, and fitness plan. All these have really shaped me to become a better sportsman and a person as a whole. Through this project I learned how important fitness and our well being is for ourselves and how staying fit is very crucial for once body.
