My personal project was inspired by my passion for language and literature. I wanted to learn about various literary strategies and styles in order to improve my writing talents, and then write two short stories for a target audience of teenagers. I boosted my Inquirers IB learner profile by studying and understanding more about literature while also refining my research skills.

Research and communication were the ATL skills that I developed as a result of my personal project. I conducted interviews, investigated several literary sources, and read novels written by respected authors to expand my understanding of literature. I developed communication skills to write for various audiences and purposes when writing my short stories after performing extensive study since I realized that merely learning different writing styles would not be enough; I also had to write for my audience. This personal project gave me an opportunity to create my own work of fiction that I could share with my peers. I am extremely grateful to be a part of the personal project process since it enabled me to give shape to my passion, creativity, and talents.
