This skill provides you with the training needed to use a melee weapon. This is any weapon used in a close-quarters fight, including blades such as a knife or sword, a bludgeoning weapon such as a club or baton, or even a chainsaw.
You attempt to block an incoming melee or unarmed attack with your own blade. Before the start of your next round, if are attacked in melee, you may make a Parry check as a reaction against the attackers' Strike or Brawl check.
Critical Success You may make immediately make a Strike check against the attacker as a free action.Success You successfully block the attack.Failure Your parry attempt fails, and the attacker's Strike hits you.Critical Failure You fumble right into the enemy's attack. They get a free Critical Success on their Strike against you.You attack with a weapon you're wielding, targeting one creature within your reach. Roll a Melee Weapons check for the weapon, you are using, and compare the result to the target creature's AC to determine the effect.
