KNEE EFFUSION, RIGHT (M25.461) - Suspect acute trauma overlying chronic osteoarthritis. Patient reports 80% improvement since injury 3 weeks ago. Question quadriceps tendinitis question internal derangement
WRIST PAIN, ACUTE (M25.539) - Worse on left, and apparently associated with weightlifting and curls. Suspect tendinitis. Concerned about the possibility of triangular cartilage tear on the left.

Prognosis: Will continue to monitor symptoms. Will hold off on aspiration for now.
