KNEE EFFUSION, RIGHT (M25.461) - Suspect acute trauma overlying chronic osteoarthritis. Patient reports 80% improvement since injury 3 weeks ago. Question quadriceps tendinitis question internal derangement
WRIST PAIN, ACUTE (M25.539) - Worse on left, and apparently associated with weightlifting and curls. Suspect tendinitis. Concerned about the possibility of triangular cartilage tear on the left.

Prognosis: Will continue to monitor symptoms. Will hold off on aspiration for now. Prognosis: Avoid weightlifting and curls for now. X-ray of left wrist. If improvement does not ensue, consider MRI with attention to left triangular cartilage if necessary as of 11-Mar-2024 Roseff, MD Richard Comments: Worse on left, and apparently associated with weightlifting and curls. If unsuccessful we will proceed with MRI with particular attention to triangular cartilage of wrist as of 11-Apr-2024
