There are two ways to unlock ticket access depending on the event: by using the first six digits of your Citi Card number or by linking your Citi Card account with your Ticketmaster account.Â
To purchase these types of Citi tickets, follow these steps:
Sign into your Ticketmaster Account.
On the event detail page, click or tap Unlock next to your desired tickets.
Enter the first six digits of your Citi Card number without the dashes.
Review the ticket details and select Next.
Check out using your eligible Citi card.
