Connect CP to Plexi using Screws in the four corners. The ones that drill into the main cab.
Hand Drill Pilot Holes through CP and Plexi at same time to avoid lineup issues later.
Notice existing plexi holes are already bigger than cp holes, so trying to keep new ones exact for looks is futile. However where space is close I think I still want it more exact to avoid issues I had with Space Invaders. Basically If Holes are bigger in plexi and they overlap it would suck.
4. Pilot Holes hand drilled through Plexi with thin bit. After this we are ready for forstner bits. As we can see some of my buttons are close to each other, so plexi holes could overlap.
5. Remove plexi and drill holes using 24mm, 28mm, and 35mm forstner bits. Drill from top NOT bottom.. I tried half way but not worth it. The bottom can have tears since no one sees it. So just drill from top. I did not use base wood underneath for support. Different story with plexi.
6. To help avoid cracking put scrap wood underneath plexi while drilling for support. Get wide scrap wood not narrow. Do not use CP to support this OP. Do not use Forstner with plexi. Use Hole Saw and use exact measurements 24mm/28mm/35mm. You do not need to drill in reverse. Do not press hard, we want to melt the plastic with friction not cut it. We are heating it up. Again slight pressure.

So I made cracks but not from hole saw, Instead from pilot drill bit on hole Saw. So Use Step Bit to expand narrow pilot holes from now on. Make sure wide enough to fit pilot bit of hole saw in. The saw blade NEVER caused issue with light pressure, but that pilot pit on it grabbed plexi and cracked it. so to repeat expand pilot holes using step bit. then cut with Hole saw while pilot bit of hole saw had enough space to not grab plexi.
After cuts are made cut plus sign in paper then push in buttons etc. Do not need to fully cut paper.
