Dual Core - Checked.

Speed Limit > 100 %

This is the Single most important setting. Adjust so music doesn't sound slow. This seems to increase frame skip, but with this games that were unplayable become playable.

When I set to 200% it played music and movement to 2X.

When I leave it at 100% it's to slow.

But 115 % it seems to play perfect.

Enable Save States -> Checked

Emulated Clock Speed @ 60% (This seems to work as well?)

Override CPU Speed - OFF.
