Pool Noodle Ring Target

Uses

• This target can be used to practice a variety of different skills with many different activities including...
  • overhand toss, underhand toss, hockey striking, sidearm frisbee toss, soccer kick, etc.
• This can be quickly assembled and played outdoors on a sunny day!

Construction Materials

• 5-15 Pool Noodles (can vary depending on your preference)
• Tape
• 2 Dowels or stakes

Instructions for Construction

1. Bend noodles into a circle (ring) and tape ends together.
   • Create as many rings as you wish.
2. Tape the rings together and then to the two striaght noodles to support the structure's sides.
3. Insert the two dowels as far apart as the two stragith noodles are.
4. Slide or cut-and-wrap the noodles around the dowel to stand up-right.
5. Find extra noodles or other ball/objects you'd like to use to aim at the target.

Modifications of Equipment

• Challenge higher-skilled learners to practice at farther distances as they become more successful.
• Attach netting to each ring to catch objects.
• Add bells to the structure to assist learners with a visual impairment.
• Play by yourself or challenge others!
